These Terms of Service govern your use of Actofy: Book Video Summaries (“Actofy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by M2VS Technologies. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License Agreement
Actofy is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (EULA), including terms related to in-app purchases such as Actofy Pro.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Actofy Pro subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by the respective platform. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google according to their policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Actofy, including attempting to copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer app content, or use the service in violation of applicable laws. Actofy is rated 13+ and includes in-app age controls.
